Mint Balm
For quick relief from headaches, body pain, cold, nasal & chest congestion.
Direction for use: As pain reliever - apply 1gm to 2gms topically at the site of pain and massage for 2 minutes. During cough/cold - apply 1gm to 2gms on chest and on nose before sleep. Massage gently for 1 to 2 minutes and allow it to evaporate. Alternately, during day hours, one can apply it on handkerchief and inhale from time to time.
